The ancient Market town of Framlingham, voted ‘Best place to live’ in 2006 by Country Life magazine, is a located to the West of the A12 between Aldeburgh and Southwold.

To the North of the town is Framlingham’s 12th century castle, standing tall and overlooking Framlingham Mere and the grounds of Framlingham College.
