50km Ultra Run
This will be a social run, not a race, with lots of opportunities to stop and take photographs. We recommend that you have a good level of fitness and are able to run for 22miles/35km at approximately 13 min/miles.
The route takes in a variety of terrain from forests, fields, tracks and trails. There is a some elevation and we keep the road running kept to a minimum.

We advise carrying at least 1 litre of water for this run as we’ll be out on the trails for a couple of hours at a time before replenishing supplies.
We’ll send an email during the weeks before the run with all of the information that you need. If you haven’t received any information two days before the run, please contact us.
We’ll get underway from the market town of Woodbridge. There will be an introduction to the day and a safety briefing.
You’ll head out onto the trails with our Run Leaders who will guide you on the Suffolk trails. This is your chance to explore the trails and ask about everything trail running. We’ll take it easy – with stops along the way to refuel and take in the scenery (don’t forget your camera!)
The route will take us back to Woodbridge where we will finish for the day. The town has lots of shops and amenities, perfect for recovering and refuelling
