Recommended Kit
The recommended kit varies depending on the weather and type of activity.
However, we do recommend the following for the most enjoyable trail running experience;
- Trail shoes – don’t worry if you don’t have trail-specific shoes, during the Spring/Summer months you could get away with road shoes, but be prepared for them to get slightly muddy.
- Long sleeve / base layer – for when you stop.
- Fully charged mobile phone.
- At least 500ml water.
- Snacks – energy bars, gels etc.
- Sun hat or cap / buff style multifunctional headwear.
- Waterproof jacket (depending on the forecast).
