Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before booking onto any event organised by Trail Runs. In these booking conditions, “you” and “your” means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them as the context requires. “We”, “us” and “our” means Trail Runs.

You accept all and full responsibility for your actions whilst participating in any Trail Runs event. Trail Runs will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness howsoever caused as a result of participating in any of our events.

You agree to contact Trail Runs and let us know at the earliest opportunity if you are unable or no longer able to participate in any event.

If you are unable to attend an event for which you are booked onto, for any reason whatsoever, Trail Runs is unable to offer any refunds, in part or in whole. 

If an event is cancelled by Trail Runs due to unforeseen circumstances, we aim to give you at least 24 hours notice, where possible, and you will be entitled to a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another event.

By participating in and undertaking any of our events you confirm that you are fit, healthy and have an appropriate level of fitness for the event for which you are booked. You are responsible for informing Trail Runs of any medical or non-medical details that may affect your or another participants safety and enjoyment. All medical conditions will be treated in a confidential manner.

Trail Runs events are covered under our England Athletics insurance. You acknowledge that personal accident and personal items insurance is your sole responsibility.

All participants must be over the age of 12 years.

Our events primarily take place in off-road environments, the nature of trail running means that terrain may be uneven or slippery. You must take responsibility for your participation and decide if you are happy to proceed on any sections of the route.

By participating in a Trail Runs event you grant the right and give permission for Trail Runs to produce photographs, film, video and other media (media) which may feature participants. Any media may be used for promotional or advertising purposes.
