Whether you are going to be running your first ultra or looking to improve on previous attempts, the Trail Runs ultra training group will help you get to the finish line and achieve your goals. A huge part of the ultra running journey is the training. We're going to keep you company and give you everything you need to succeed!
What is it and what do I get?
○ Lead by Salomon ambassador and experienced marathon and ultra runner Tom Wake. Tom has a wealth of ultra knowledge, having raced distances from 50km to 100 miles and most recently finishing 2nd at the SVP100km.
○ A 16 week training plan to take you through to race day.
○ Access to our ultra training group Facebook and Strava groups, so that you can share your journey with others, ask questions and stay accountable.
○ Advice on training, mindset, nutrition, race and kit advice.
○ Group Zoom calls to ask questions / share experiences.
○ It's more fun training with others, especially at a time when we're having to exercise more on our own.
○ As soon as you sign up we will be in contact to get some more information about your challenge and give you access to the training groups and plan.
○ Price: £25 per month.
○ Minimum 3 months - this is the amount of time needed to ensure that you succeed and have access to all of the information that you need.
